Data deletion instructions

At Shinkiro, operated by Seeds Analytic SAS, we respect your right to request the deletion of your personal data and the data associated with your account at any time, free of charge.

How to request the deletion of your data

1. Send an email to contac@seedsanalytic.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Data deletion".
2. Include your organization or account name and, if applicable, the linked WhatsApp Business number.
3. We will process your request and delete the associated data within a maximum of 30 days, confirming by email once complete.

What data is deleted?

• Account data (name, email, credentials).
• Uploaded documents and knowledge bases.
• Conversation data and metadata associated with your account or channel.

We may retain minimal data when a legal obligation requires it (for example, billing records), informing you accordingly.

Conversation data via WhatsApp

If you interacted with an agent through WhatsApp Business and want to delete your conversation data, send the same request to the email above and we will handle it together with the relevant customer.
